photo diary - san francisco

For Chris and I's 3rd wedding anniversary we went to San Francisco for the weekend. Living only 4 hours outside of the city, we had been a few different times before but each time that we had gone, we had stuck to the same area's and so there was so much of the city that we hadn't seen.
So, on the agenda for our trip was to explore as much of the city that we could, eat really good food and just experience the joys of being in a big city.
Some of the highlights of our trip were eating at two amazing restaurants. Flour and Water for dinner, a modern italian restaurant where we had some of the most delicious pasta and pizza that we have ever had!! And for breakfast on Sunday we ate at Plow. Be prepared to wait at least an hour, but let me tell you, it is WELL worth the wait! Breakfast is my favorite meal and so I was in heaven for sure!! A definite must, if you are in the city and looking for a great breakfast spot!
We experienced Off the Grid, a food truck paradise!! All sorts of trucks pull up for your dining pleasure every Friday night and we filled our bellies till we thought we were going to burst!
We went to the farmer's market and had a picnic in a beautiful park in the middle of the city. We fell in love and soaked up every bit of culture and city that we could.

Now for the photos...there's a lot of them. Hope you enjoy!
