One of the things that was on my wish list for this fall/winter, was bold rhinestone necklaces. I found this one online at forever 21. I love the statement that it makes especially against a casual outfit, I think my favorite way to see them worn is with a vintage graphic tee and some heels. Something laid back but with a pop of sparkle.
